Best HVAC Company Around

"I have lived in Cove for 33+ years. When I bought my house in 1985 it was 2 years old and had an old Rheem HVAC system. Had multiple problems over the years with this unit and even had more than one company's service tech tell me he'd never seen a Rheem system like the one I had. Needless to say, no one could really work on it and repair it correctly, until I called AirMax. They got it working properly and over the years used them exclusively. Finally, though, all good (or bad) things have to end. The electric bills, especially in the winter, were killing me so I called them for an estimate on a new, energy-efficient system. They responded the same day, asked the questions that needed asking, quoted me a reasonable price and I agreed. The next morning their two techs were there early, had the old heat pump and air exchanger replaced within two hours, and not an easy task replacing the air exchanger that was jammed into a small hallway closet. The lead tech explained which kind of filter to use which has saved me money and headaches. The system has now been installed for over 5-1/2 years and never a worry or problem. These guys rock."

"After paying a whopping $110 for a visit from another reputable Killeen AC company, I requested a second opinion from a different company. You see the last company that came explained to me that though the air wasn't blowing cold, "nothing," was wrong and that I needed to set the thermostat above 75. Needless to say two weeks later after the AC unit completely stopped working, these guys came thru. I received the call from customer service this morning (awesome customer service), who scheduled us for this afternoon without me having to request same day service. The gentleman who came was very professional and efficient. He went to the unit, opened it, and viola! Found the problem. He was here for maybe 20 min and the problem is resolved! Loved the service and will definitely use every time."
